Sara Palmer, Ph.D., is the CEO and Co-Founder of North Star Foundation. Her passion for providing scholarship guidance to teen parents education stems from her own experience. When Sara had her daughter, Rileigh, at the age of 16, just after her junior year in high school, she was determined to finish her education. To achieve this, Sara attended night school and summer classes, graduating a year early before her senior year. As a young parent, she remained focused on her academic goals, ultimately earning her bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degrees in psychology. This dedication led her to establish the North Star Foundation, aimed at helping guide teen parents into higher education.

Travis Palmer is the Co-Founder and board member of the North Star Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing scholarship guidance for young individuals. With an extensive history in building and growing non-profit organizations, for-profit entities, and foundations, Travis has also served as a CEO, executive director, and sat on multiple boards. Currently, he is the CEO/President of the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce, where he emphasizes the importance of teen parents' education and support.

Jeramiah Martin is currently a board member of the North Star Foundation, where he contributes to initiatives like scholarship guidance for teen parents education. As the owner of a performance marketing company, Jeramiah brings extensive experience in marketing, financials, and sales to his role. Over the years, he has served on several non-profit boards, demonstrating his commitment to community service. Additionally, Jeramiah volunteers for the SCORE program through the Small Business Administration, mentoring new businesses and supporting their growth.

Brianne Stanger is currently a board member of the North Star Foundation, an organization that provides scholarship guidance for students. Having become a teen parent at the age of 18, Brianne was determined to pursue higher education after having her daughter and successfully earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in secondary education, completing her master's degree in just one year. Since 2019, she has been dedicated to teaching in secondary education within a rural school district in Southeastern Idaho, aiming to inspire and support other teen parents in their educational journeys.
